Our Historical Background
Yeshua Glow Inc., founded February 7, 1977, continues
the Deonna Fenwick Memorial Fund. That fund
originated with memorial services held in both Arlingon,
Washington and in Los Angeles, California during
July of 1972
Deonna, an excellent swimmer, died in waist deep
water by one of the San Juan Islands, near Canada
According to her uncle, a medical doctor, she apparently
inhaled water as a result of a heart spasm, triggered by choking on ocean water. She was known for her bold witness and concern for urban youth. Deonna swam into the River of Life to a better city. Her life and death have been a means to cause many to consider Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
